This is a privately managed vacation condo. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival, with fresh linens and towels provided. Daily housekeeping is not included. A complimentary starter supply of toiletries, paper products and cleaning basics is provided on arrival. These items cover the first day of your stay and are not restocked during the reservation. For longer stays, please plan to purchase what you need — there's a marketplace on site and supermarkets minutes away.

• Maximum of 2 domestic pets (dogs or cats), up to 75 lbs / 34 kg each
• Dogs and cats only — reptiles, birds and farm animals are not permitted
• Pets must be leashed or crated in all common areas — off-leash is permitted only inside the apartment
• Pets are not allowed in the pools or pool decks, café, restaurants, lounges or game room
• Dogs must be walked only in the resort's designated pet relief areas, and owners are responsible for cleaning up
