Please note that access to Encore Resort amenities and facilities is not included with this reservation. Guests may only use the amenities located within the property itself.

Pool heating and spa heating are available as optional add-ons for an additional fee.

CHECK-IN

Enjoy a seamless 100% self-service check-in experience with electronic door lock access available 24/7. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive the full address, access instructions, door code, and a digital house guide.

For same-day reservations made after 8:00 PM (Florida time), our self check-in system allows for smooth late-night arrivals without any issues.

COMMUNITY ACCESS

To access the community, all drivers must be registered in advance. After booking, please provide the full name and email address of each driver in your group. Once registered, each driver will receive a personal QR code for gate access during the stay.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

This reservation includes exclusive access to the private home, pool, and spa only.

Access to the Encore Resort clubhouse, water park, resort pools, fitness center, sports courts, arcade, and other resort amenities is not included with this reservation.

PETS

Pets are welcome.

To ensure proper accommodation and compliance with house policies, all pets must be included in the reservation at the time of booking. The applicable pet fee will then be automatically applied.

STARTER SUPPLIES

To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essential items upon arrival.

Starter supplies are intended only for the beginning of your stay and are not replenished during your visit. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they may need, including paper products, toiletries, laundry products, trash bags, and similar items.

LINENS & TOWELS

A standard set of bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and bed linens is provided based on the home's occupancy.

Additional towel sets, replacement linens, or extra housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

HOUSEKEEPING

This is a privately owned vacation home and not a hotel. Daily housekeeping service is not included.

The home is professionally cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival, with fresh linens and towels provided for your stay.

Should you require additional cleaning services during your stay, they can be arranged for an additional fee with advance notice.
